Each commercial real estate property has been judged in its specific
category because of its tenant relations programs, community involvement,
emergency evacuation procedures, continuing education for building
personnel, and overall exceptional service. Involvement in the TOBY
program has nearly quadrupled in the past three years. Fully 502
buildings have been recognized as Regional winners and 93 of those
recognized as International winners. The International winning buildings
come from 70 North American cities, representing every region of
North America. The winners of the TPBY regional level of competition
will be announced at BOMA’s Winter Business Meeting in January
of 2003.
